Same day Vaishno Devi trip
JAMMU – KATRA (45 KM)
Pick up from Jammu Airport / Railway station. You are met and transferred to Katra. Katra is 45 km from Jammu and takes more than an hour to reach up.
ARRIVES KATRA
Arrives Katra. Upon arrival in Katra, transfer to the point, from where you will take helicopter for Vaishno Devi.
BOARD HELICOPTER
Take Helicopter ride up to Sanjhi Chat helipad.
ARRIVES AT SANJHI CHHAT
Arrives Sanjhi Chat Helipad. Upon arrival, you can either trek or hire mules/ horses to get to the main shrine.
DARSHAN AT VAISHNO DEVI
Go for Special Darshan. There is a cave inside where Maa Vaishno Devi is residing in the form of three pindies (idols) depicting Ma Sarswati, Ma Kali and Ma Laxmi. Post-darshan, trek back to the Sanjhi Chat Helipad to board Helicopter back to Katra.
LUNCH AT KATRA
Arrives Katra Helipad. Upon arrival you are met and transferred to Katra for Lunch.
RETURN TO JAMMU
After finishing delicious lunch at Katra. Drive back to Jammu.
ARRIVES JAMMU
Arrives Jammu. Upon arrival, you are transferred to Airport/Railway station/ hotel.
